Product Overview
NEW STYLE CHOICES! You spoke and we listened. We are now offering our dog collar bells in 2 styles.
1) For the working/hunting dogs or dogs that run in thick, wooden areas, we have brought back our leather, permanently stapled closure. You'll need to take off the dogs collar each time you want to put the bell on. It is designed to not come apart.
2) For the recreational dog, we have with 1” weather resistant, low maintenance, easy to clean, Brahma Webb material, available in Black, Red or Hunter Orange. It has heavy duty snap for you to quickly attach to your dogs collar or harness.
These bells emit a sound that is easily heard from a distance, even in the thickest grasses or darkest night. This bell is the #4 Bell Tone, best for large dogs or hunting dogs. The loop will snap over collars up to 1 1/2 inches wide.
**Also fits on horse halters, cow and goat collars, belts and even kids!**

5 Great for keeping track of my dog...
Posted by snapper on 3rd Aug 2018
This is our second bell from New England Bells and it's just what I need to keep track of my dog when we're out on our farm or in the woods. The first bell was a snap-on bell and it lasted a year but eventually she ambled through some dense brush that popped it off. The new bell is a sewn leather loop and it's a very easy on/off operation with her collar.

5 Old time quality

Number 4 dog bell stapled closure. Absolutely gorgeous leather and bell. Who says they don't make'em like the used to. Great product. A bit big on my beagle (I would go 2 or 3 for that sized dog). Would get another but he hates it so much he slows his pace so it wont ring so loud (laughing).

The #4 dog bells I received were beautiful brass and could be heard for a long distance. I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

5 great

Received very speedy delivery! Multiple bells, #4 and 6 with leather, one #4 hunter orange with snap plastic dog bells.....#6 bell is quite large so I will give the to my daughter and her Taylor a Step-Husky 90# dog! Our dog was a little afraid of the #4 bell, he was shaking but it did not stop him from jumping in the snow here and racing around the 150 acres, our neighborhood in the Mountains of Western Carolina! Now we can hear him as he chases by us on his daily walk! Will use the hunter orange plastic when he is in the pond and when snow is 18inches or more, will use the leather #4 when it is no too wet with snow! Bears beware!!! Thanks New England Bells

5 Excellent bell for outdoors
Posted by ksav on 29th Nov 2017
This is a great sounding bell. We purchased a #2 and a #4 for our golden retriever. Both sound great, although we liked the #4 a bit better as the tone is just a bit more mellow. If you are looking for a bell for your dog to wear all the time around the house, this may not be the bell for you. These bells ring so well, that the slightest movement creates a lot of bell ringing, which is great on a walk or out in the woods, but can get a bit loud and non-stop indoors.

5 Someone, please think of the foxes!
Posted by Paula Krupin on 26th Nov 2017
My two whippets are fast enough to take down prey, and I can't have it. To that end I bought the #4 bells with stapled leather rings. I slip them over their collars and then let them out of the car to run at will in the tall grasses. The first day the dogs were a little bothered by the bells around their necks, but they adapted quickly. By day two they were racing up and down hills, happy as clams. Foxes and coyotes are now warned, and I always know where they are when I can't see them. The bells and leather rings are top-notch, sturdy. And an added bonus is my skinny whippets now sound like heifers-- it cracks me up. :)

5 Bells on Brittanies
Posted by Unknown on 15th Nov 2017
I need some new bells for my Brittanies and thought would invest a little more and get something nice. They have a great tone and hunting dog version with the leather loop looks like will be covering ground for years.

5 Super high quality bell
Posted by Gregg DeBoever on 13th Sep 2017
My cattle dog is fast and her coat blends in with the tall grass and trees. So I love that I now always know where she is. Very impressed with the high quality and durability of this bell. Good old Made in the USA! Have ordered a few extras so that we always have one in each car, at the cabin, etc.
