Our solid brass Hunting Dog Collar Bells are made with 1” wide, heavy duty, latigo leather. The leather loop is permently stapled together so twigs and brush make it nearly impossible to come apart. 5 Great!
Posted by Beth Sullivan on 6th Mar 2017
I ordered these balls for use in Search and Rescue for my German Shepherd Dog. They are wonderful. I can hear him at a distance in the woods so I know exactly where he is. It is also a great comfort to the person - either in training or an actual search - to hear the bells and know that help is on the way. Thank you!

This dog bell is excellent. Very well made. I bought #2-#6 for different tones. This way I can use them in different cover and distinguish between dogs.

5 Jingle-Bell Dog-gone Happy
Posted by kris on 28th Sep 2016
This purchase was to replace the bell (second one) that she lost when out on an 8 mile hike this summer. It is reassuring to hear her jingling through the brush and know that she's close by. The sound is so cheerful and gets so many positive comments from other hikers and mountain bikers.

5 Why they are wort it
Posted by Hugh on 14th Jan 2016
My grandfather was a harness maker 100 years ago, so we have a collection of his equipment and products. He would have been proud to use New England Bells, a heavyweight product, made sturdily, and with great tone. They aren't the cheapest, but the best never is. We have #4 and #6 bells for different tones on our two dalmatians, which makes keeping track of them on walks a bit of fun.

5 Great low-tech locator
Posted by Daisy Mae on 1st Jan 2016
I do have a high tech GPS system on my Walker Coonhound's collar but I also find these low tech bells are the best for finding her in nearby brush/bushes. She does manage to lose it from time to time so get extras.
