I bought these bells to hold place names for Christmas. I just thread red and green through the space where the leather was and place them on the plate. They look beautiful!

5 #1 size bell

Bells were of good quality but were a little larger in diameter than I was looking for. I was looking for a brass gingel type bell approximately 3/4 inch diameter.

I LOVE these bells! The tone is deep, the size is perfect, they are perfectly weighted, they do not have that cheap brassy color, they are of heirloom quality.

Years ago, i purchased designer's bell(moose) at local store in NH somewhere(near North Conway, maybe) and have not been found any replaceable ones other than New England Bells. Best and lovely bells. Thank you.

5 Best Bell
Posted by Joe S in Northeast PA on 6th Jul 2018
Needed a bell for my Service Dogs. The cheap Chinese bells sounded lousy and eventually fell off. These bells are awesome! Got the size #1 and its not loud enough to be annoying in public places. The leather lace that each bell comes with is all you need to make a simple loop to attach it to the D-ring of a dog collar and it can be removed easily if we go to the library! I want to try #2, 4 and 6 bells because my dogs also hunt/run free in the woods.
